It appears that Spring has finally sprung and we praise the Lord that snow is no longer a travel concern. This last week, it wasn’t snow, it was President Obama. Yes, his visit to Macon, MO had blocked a portion of highway across the state. Not just any portion of highway, but the portion that I was planning to use. Praise the Lord for a GPS with a “detour” button and an old-fashioned paper atlas.
I realize that many of you have been praying for a long time and we sincerely appreciate it, but please be in special prayer for Grace right now. The improvement in her health has been stagnant. We praise the Lord that the pregnancy is going well and we are expecting a healthy baby in early August.
Please also be in prayer for the political situation in Nepal. Things are always changing and it is hard to tell how the changes will affect missionaries. This article talks about some of what is going on in Nepal right now. Pray specifically that the Lord would use this turmoil to make Nepal a better place for missionaries and the gospel.
As always, thank you all for your faithfulness in prayer and financial support.
God bless,
